Patient Education

In today’s information age, customers want to be educated.  If you’re not providing them the answers to their questions, they’ll go online and research it. 

In your busy schedule you can rely on Optikam’s patient education module to assist you.  Patients can sit in front of the system and educate themselves on medical conditions and on how to insert and remove contact lenses.  That is being done while you’re assisting other customers in your optical shop.
