Optikam comes with a one year manufacturer’s warranty on both the hardware and the software. If ever issues arise with the system software, Optikam has the ability to remotely log in through the Internet and troubleshoot, free of charge for the first year.

 

 

How easy is it to install?

How easy is it to turn "ON" a TV or a Laptop? If you have a power outlet available and a finger, you are ready to have Optikam assist you with your clients. Optikam is so easy to install that it requires NO installation. Just plug the system to a power outlet and with the press of a button you are ready to start benefiting.

 

 

Will training my staff be time intensive?

NO. As mentioned before, due to its simplicity of use, your staff will intuitively be able to use over 90% of the system on their own. Upon receiving the system, a representative of Optikam will call you to schedule a virtual training over the phone.

 

 

My practice is limited in space, what placement options are there?

Optikam’s strength is that no matter the layout of your practice, a place can be found for this powerful tool. Optikam’s small footprint is so convenient that, it can replace a mirror on a dispensing table. If floor space is a problem, Optikam can be either wall mounted or mounted to a swing arm that is clipped to the edge of a table. The system can also be placed on the stand which can be placed in a central location for all to access.

 

 

Do you have to have a computer background to use the Optikam system?

NO. Optikam has clients whom have either never used a computer or were reluctant and yet, they have mastered the system inside out. The icons functions are clearly labeled and the only thing required is a press of a finger.
